  • "I am a new rider and originally was introduced to Libbys by a local expert and a mechanic. He told me that Libbys is a top flight place and to go nowhere else. I took his advice & am darn glad that I did. Originally I dealt with Brendon on some dirt bike equipment & then a friend & I both bought brand new Triumphs. George the proprietor was courteous, informative & extremely helpful. Buying a motorcycle requires a lot more insight than a car. You truly need expertise & unbiased guidance which I got in spades with everyone that I dealt with at Libbys. Any transaction that I do will be through Libbys. They were just terrific."

  • "This is the 5th bike I have bought at Libby's and it was another perfectly smooth experience! I was actually at other brand bikes, but I always end up buying from this dealership because of the friendly staff ans excellent customer service I always receive. They always seem to have something I like and it is so easy to make an easy purchase I just keep on buying bikes. Karen and Anna handle paperwork like a dream, George and Dan make the buying decision simple and well informed, Keith and the service department make sure the bikes are always top shelf, and last but not least is the parts department and all the great knowledgeable parts advisors that make sure that everything I buy fits perfectly. I know that any questions I have, Stan or Jeff always either know or find the answer, and the parts department is always well stocked with lots of parts and great accessories. I don't know any of the other technicians names but Mark in service always helps me out and gives me great advice on bike setups. If I forgot anyone its because everything goes so smooth I may not have noticed other employees that made the buying and servicing experience so great. Thanks again everyone and I love my beautiful like new used Kawasaki Concours14! It looks great next to my Bonneville T100 Black that I purchased a there a couple of years ago.

  • "I went in to Libby’s because I wanted to get back out on the road again. I walked in the door and within a minute I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I asked to look at 3 different bikes I looked at online and was adamant I was leaving with one of the 3. They rolled the bikes out for me to sit on them,see how they feel and if they were comfortable,etc. I asked a bunch of questions and they were very patient and answered every question I threw at them.. The professionalism and courtesy was ever before I told them I was leaving there with a bike that day.. Point being if you want professionalism,courtesy,very smart,patient,etc.... GO TO LIBBY’S.. I bought the red and black 2017 Honda CBR300R to honor my son who passed away due to complications after receiving a heart transplant at the age of 6 1/2yrs old. Matty (my son) loved red and black due to his favorite character,Spider Man.. There was a red and black bike there,I took a look at it,sat on it,etc and it was sold lol... They are all great there!!"

The friend that brought me to Libby's from Litchfield has 12 tee shirts..(meaning he has bought 12 bikes from Dan and the Libby family ) .I just traded to a new 2017 Triumph 900 Street Scrambler and I am on every dirt road my county has to offer ..   • "Libby's, Libby's, Libby's, what's not bad to say about Libby's, from the moment you walk in the door and see the plentiful inventory of Honda, Yamaha, Victory and Triumph motorcycles and then greeting by either George Or Damien and if they don't see you, then Dan the motorcycle man will. Make your way to the parts dept. and be helped buy the best in the business, these guys really know their stuff, they will help you make the best decision for your needs. lets not forget service which is why I'm commenting, Joe and his team know their shit, I had an issue with my fuel control, turned out to be a sensor and I was going on a 1800mi trip in 5 days, problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and completed in 3 days and this is the 3rd time my new tires were installed within 1 day, so don't just stop in to buy a new or used motorcycle or parts for whatever you may need, if your in the area, just stop in like I do and say hi, especially to Gill, he'll talk to anybody."
