" I had my 1996 1100 Virago Special serviced here and had the carbs rebuilt. It's never run better and they even fixed the backfire that is present in almost all of these big Viragos.The service techs found problems that were missed 5 different times at 3 other dealers. I thought that their price was very fair and the service was done quickly and best of all, it was done right (I don't have to bring it back like I did at the other dealers). They even saved the parts they replaced so I could see them for myself.
I'm just sorry I didn't take it to them 7 years ago when the problem started!

"I bought a Yamaha v star 650 and 3 months later I decided I wanted something a little bigger so I bought a 950. The 650 was in for service and Joe was excellent. He took his time and explained everything to me. We delt with George and Damion both and they were both excellent and really explaind the differences between the 650 and 950. I would highly recommend buying your motorcycle from them."

"I live in Cheshire, literally 3 minutes from (undisclosed competing dealer), with close to no knowledge, we went to them because it was closer. They treated us decent, but at the end of the day, the service was not what we expected considering we stated we were very serious about a purchase on an ATV from somewhere. Then we came to Libby's and our worries were over. Great service, perfect staff and to top it off, everyone was as nice as they could be. My Dad and I were VERY impressed on everything and how great you guys took care of us. First thing that came to mind once we received the follow up phone call just to make sure everything was running well was, "They're the best" with no exaggeration.
